When Is The Right Age To Start Anti-aging Products?

I'm 25 and I think my skin doesn't look or feel the same as it used to before. Instead of a glow, it looks oily and very dull and tired. Normal skin creams don't help, so I am wondering if I can start using some anti-aging cream, eg. Avon Retroactive. Advice pls?can u get addicted to anti aging creams, like once you start using them, you dont go back to normal skin creams? also what are the effects of starting to use them early on - does it really prevent wrinkles or will those still come but be delayed a little?
