Im 25, Should I Be Using Anti Ageing Creams?

I currently use a normal day cream, and night cream and have started using eye cream. Should I change these to anti ageing ones??

If you are applying moisturizers at age 25, you are already taking good care of your skin, provided you use sunscreen etc..I'm not 100% sure but it is my thinking that the "anti aging" creams are not going to do much more than the regular creams and that is provide moisture. Just keep doing what you are doing. Stay out of the sun and/or use sunscreen, drink lots of water, and don't wash your face more than once a day.

definitely i think it is a great idea to start to use anti aging creams look for creams especially for your age avon has very good ones for 25-30 year olds roc hand anti aging cream.

just any old cream!! its the sun that ages you but you need a bit a day but cover up & stay out of it a lotI bet if all the women looked at their tummy it will be so smooth like their bot & that is because it hardly gets sun same for the guys

Anti aging creams are usually aimed to enhance collagen production (loss of collagen is one of the major signs of aging). So if you are noticing wrinkling, lines, less fullness in your face then it's probably not too early to start. If that is not the case maybe try a Vitamin C serum, Hydraquinone or a retinol could add some needed umph to your regular routine. I would consider consulting with a dermatologist or an esthetician they can put you on the right path.

"Anti aging creams". When you find such a thing please let me know too. At this moment does not exist A.A.C. You see, the skin cell has a set number of regenerating itself, "as a genetic print if you will", when that number is up, your cell dies and therefor your skin goes old. however, the keys to slowing down the death of your cells, are: 1. Nutrients, in which consists in a healthy diet. 2. Moisturizer, make sure you drink plenty of water and all so apply moisturizer creme when going out in ext-rem sun, wind, cold. Avoid swimming outdoor in chlorinated watter. All so, too much sun will age your skin, no more than 20min. a day, preferable bettwin sun rise and 10 A.M. and 4 P.M. to sun set, but if you stay outside those times or more than 20min. than keep skin moist at all times. 3. Gently massaging your skin helps those tiny blood cells nourishing the cell, therefor kipping it alive longer. It is known that the more you massage but gently your skin the healthier it is. Someone could speculate that the action behind massaging is the key that allows them to sell their product.Dorel.

it sounds like you are already taking good care of your skin and it wouldnt hurt to keep this up.but anti-age creams will do these same things for you AND prevent wrinkles. the earlier you start using these products the less wrinkles you will have and the longer you will have wrinkle-less skin.either way i think you will be fine but i would just go ahead and start using the anti-aging creams... what have you got to lose!

No. If you are normally taking good care of your skin its fine. Good care doesn't only come from how many times u are applying moisturiser etc. But more importantly what are eating. Eat more of natural things such as fruits, raw veggies in salad anti aging face cream. Keep ur stomach fine.....this will keep ur skin as well as whole of ur body system fine roc anti aging cream is good roc anti aging cream is good.

- The most beneficial thing you can do for your skin is to use a sunscreen, avoid exposure to the sun, eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water and get a good night's sleep.
- Don't smoke or abuse drugs and your skin should be fine.
- The creams you're using are probably fine - products like Cetaphil and Curel are inexpensive and as good as the pricey department store brands - they just don't come in the fancy packages roc anti aging cream is good.

That depends on your skin-type, most anti-aging products are made for dry skin. sounds like your skin isn't oily?personally, I would just advise to do what you doand don't experiment too much, it can cause irritation and allergic reactions. I know what I speak of!! it's best to keep it simple, don't smoke, avoid too much alcohol, eat a healthy diet, take some extra antioxidants like Grapeseed extractit's supposed to be good for helping to skin firm, green tea extract is another good one. clean your skin with what works best for you, moisturize if you need it, my skin is oily and can't use too much moisturizers. always wear sunblock.a healthy lifestyle is more important (besides sunblock) to have wrinkle-free skin.ive always lived by this belief, and im almost 42 and get mistaken for my early 30's.all I do is cleanse and use a moisturizer on my chin and neck if its feels dry. and don't smoke or drink and eat healthy foods and some extra antioxidants. and I avoid the sun. less is more!no, all you need at this age is a good moisturize and sunblock to prevent you from skin cancer. dont take any medicated anti aging creams they will just wrinkle your face sooner.
