What Age Should You Start Using Anti-aging Products?

Im 31. I normally use an ordinary moisturiser with a sunscreen for day and a vitimin e cream at night. Ive noticeed some fine lines round my eyes and mouth when I smile. Am i too young to use anti ageing creams?Not convinced by this "your never too young" business - using anti ageing products on young skin SPEEDS UP the ageing process!

There is no age limit. If you are 18 and live in the sun or tanning bed with or without sunscreen, you will soon start getting wrinkles early. If you eat a balanced diet, drink a lot of water and stay out of the sunshine during mid-day, you probably will not need anti-aging products. It all depends on how you treat yourself.

The best thing is to start now in your 30's. That way you can prevent sun damage, wrinkles and sun spots when you're older. So go ahead and try it.

life happens, go with the flow and enjoy it. so, you are never too young to start! fact: our skin starts aging at age 8!! okay, if you think laugh lines (fine lines around your eyes and mouth when you smile) need anti aging products, there is no hope for you....

i kinda lump this in with elderly people that die their hair and have a face that looks like a rasin. i am 42 i have very few grays, and laugh lines and i like it that way. i am young at heart and i will always be that way. i see it as being better then looking young and feeling old the best anti aging cream for face the best anti aging cream for face. makeup is the worst, way more then sun is. your body need some sun, to much is bad to little is bad. only you will be happy but i see you as not being happy if you start getting all worked up about lines, you will always be looking in a mirror and hating yourself anti aging wrinkle cream.

Sunscreen notwithstanding, it's not so much what you put ON your body that counts as it is what you put IN your body. Good nutrition is a MUST! That old saying that states that "we are what we eat" is absolutely right. That includes ANYTHING we put in our bodies like alcohol, drugs (EVEN prescription) and tobacco products since ALL of these things 'age' a person faster. And, yes, like another poster made a point, the amount of exposure to the Sun makes a big difference, too. Why do you think the rich, upper-crust Ladies of the old days stayed out of the Sun and wore clothing to keep the Sun away?Genetics play big role, too. Look at your older relatives. Take special notice of their lifestyles to see what type of genetics you may or may not be 'fighting'.One poster suggested simply aging gracefully. I believe they are on to something tangible there! ;)If you look anything like your Picture you will not need it till your 98 for sure

the best anti aging products are sunscreen, good diet, no smoking, and plenty of sleep, it is nev edr too early to start these!20-30also take vit c and edrink lots of water to flush poisonsstay out of the sun, the sun is not your freind. take a look at an old person, notice the 65 year old with nice skin never went in the sun!

Don't cook or eat greasy foods either. Look 10-15 years younger than I am and hardly even have any crows feet started around the eyes. No foundation of any kind, use facial peel once a week and Ivory soap every day. Am way over the hill and don't use any anti-aging products. I do wear a hat and sunscreen but don't smoke. People think I'm lying when I say my age.

I'm no expert but I think as soon as you feel like using them. I'm starting to notice some 'laugh lines' and I am only 27. I haven't actively started using anti-age products but I've been thinking about it.

Seriously, there is no set age. If you want to use them, use them. They are not a magic solution, however, you can only achieve dramatic results with surgeries which are not worth it.

I don't think you should ever use these so-called anti-aging products,they contain harmful chemicals that are not as good for the skin as we are led to believe.Use a natural moisturizer.I use one that contains oatmeal and goatsmilk,it seems to do the trick!But anything will do as long as it's natural.(check the labels)

i am lucky that i live in a moist climate, people think i am 10 years younger than i am. once it starts it s harder to stop. start before it starts to happen. you can slow it down, but your going to age. i am 30 and i have been using them for 2 years now because i am afraid of starting to latei saw peggy lee recently, she must be what 80 by now. drink at least a gallon of water a day and always, always always use a rich moisturizer anytime you wash using your gentle cleanser, not soap. her face was frozen and she looked horrible, too much plastic surgery, much worse than wrinkles.if you are noticing fine lines.then you're the perfect age to start using the anti- aging cream! and smile.
